Savens Healthcare is a branch of Savens Homecare services. We are a provider of behavioral healthcare services. Our mental health therapists in Methuen, Massachusetts, are dedicated to improving lives. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology or some other related degree
• Must have completed a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting
• Must be license eligible by State
• A valid driver’s license in good standing and a reliable vehicle is required
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
• A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

What will you do?

• Lead individual, children/teen, family, couples and group therapy
• Conduct client intake sessions
• Facilitate crisis intervention.
• Conduct case management
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatment.
• Timely documentation.

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and can build rapport with clients quickly.
• A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth.
• Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues.
• Bi-lingual Clinicians preferred but not a must.
